Looking for a primer on NFTs? This should be the last introduction you’ll ever need.
Dear NFT enthusiast,
Late last week, news dropped that the NFL (National Football League in America) has launched league-wide NFT tickets with Ticketmaster. Although the details state that the NFT tickets will actually be digital replicas of physical tickets, we understand what this really means—ADOPTION INTENSIFYING!
NFTs are not just here to stay, they are here to infiltrate…every sector possible. We look forward to when ticketing companies are confident enough to skip physical tickets altogether in favor of NFT ticketing. We are almost certain of the inevitability.
That said, don’t take our word for it, look around you:
Facebook becomes Meta. Visa buys a Punk as a marketing stunt. Universal Music creates a Metaverse band. Grammy Awards embrace NFTs. Adobe enables NFT integration in-app. Miramax sues Tarantino because of NFTs. Barbados building an embassy in the metaverse.
In summary, the adopters keep adopting while the builders keep building.
Thank you for reading and have a great week.
